Why Palestinian Children Are Dying and How to Stop It

I would like to begin by saying that as a follower of Yeshua (Jesus), I am opposed to violence on both sides of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. I see every life as a gift of God and precious, especially the innocent lives of children. Yeshua taught us that the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to the children and that it is better for those who hurt children in any way to never have been born as their judgment by God will be very severe.

I also believe that both peoples have the right to live in the land between "The River and the Sea" in peace and that both need to accept the right of the other to existence and self-determination, but that cannot happen as long as one calls for the destruction of the other.

That is why I see groups such as Hamas and their violent ideology as the root of the problem. No one knows Hamas and what they truly stand for better than the one who was raised among them, who is in fact the son of one of its founders and leaders. In his book, "Son of Hamas" and in multiple interviews he has given over the years, Mosab Hassan Yousef, reveals in horrifying details how he was treated by Hamas as a child (including rape at the age of 5 for which he would be sentenced to death if he revealed it to his father and multiple beatings) and how Hamas uses Palestinian children and their deaths as a strategy of war against Israel and their plan to kill all Jews and then claim all the land "From The River To The Sea", which is what the slogan "From The River To The Sea Palestine Will Be Free" truly means.

He also reveals how Fatah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and other radical Islamist groups supported by Islamic Republic of Iran, are instigating acts of violence against not just Israeli soldiers, but also civilians including children, as was seen on the October 7th Massacre, in hopes of provoking Israel to violent response in which they know that many of their own civilians, including children, will die. In their minds, it is a necessary sacrifice they have to make for their goal of delegitimizing and destroying Israel to come to pass, so they purposely put them in danger and then photograph their dead bodies using them for political and personal financial gain.

To stop this cycle of violence, we must press our political leaders to stop sending money to and stop all dealings with the Islamic Republic of Iran and all terrorist groups such as Hamas. If anyone really cares about the Palestinian children, they have to call Hamas to account for abusing them and using them as human shields for their ideological purposes.

We also must call upon the leaders of the Palestinian people to stop instigating the violence and accept the right of Israel to exist, as without it, peace will never be possible. That so-called "armed Palestinian resistance" did nothing for the Palestinian people except to bring upon them more misery, suffering, and death for the past 70 + years.  Palestinian people, and especially their children, deserve to live in peace, security, and prosperity and their leaders have not provided it for them, for which they need to be held to account both by the Palestinian people and the International Community.

Prophetic Warning To 70 Nations Who Will Gather Against Israel At The Paris Summit Later This Month

All ancient Jewish prophets predicted that in the last days or in what we call today the end times, God will begin to bring back His people from among the nations back to the land of Israel. They said that He will do it not because they are better than other peoples, but because of the covenant that He has made with them even though they broke it in the past by their disobedience to Him.

We are living now in these very times, the times of restoration for Israel. This is the will of God as expressed in the Scriptures that they should come back and rebuild the ruined cities. Before the beginning of the 20th Century most of what was then called Palestine was  in ruins. There were very few people of mixed ethnical backgrounds living there leading mostly nomadic lifestyle, but it began to come to life when the Jews began to return despite of the hostility and continual attacks they faced from the Arabs living there even though their lifestyle became better as the result of the knowledge and innovations the Jewish people brought with them from around the world.

The prophets did accurately predict that the people around them would be hostile to that process of restoration, and that Jerusalem would become "the cup of trembling for all nations." Despite of so many wars and atrocities that are happening around the world, the United Nations and most world leaders are obsessed with Israeli-Palestinian peace process for the failure of which they blame Israel even though it is the Palestinians who are continually instigating violence through their terrorist attacks against Israeli solders and civilians alike.

Now, 70 nations and international organizations such as European Union and the United Nations who represent nearly all nations, decided to gather in Paris on the 15th day of this month in order to deliberate on the fate of Jerusalem without Israelis nor Palestinians present, but it is predictable that whatever they decide on will meet all the Palestinian demands, including giving the East Jerusalem ( the real Jerusalem) as a capital of a future Palestinian state. They might even go as far as to declare the creation of that state.

If this is really what they will do, then those countries and organizations will be in a great danger. Jerusalem is the only city on earth to which God of this Universe laid a personal claim and He warned through the Prophets that whoever will want to divide it or take it away from His people will come under severe judgement.

"The oracle of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: Thus declares the Lord, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him: “Behold, I am about to make Jerusalem a cup of staggering to all the surrounding peoples. The siege of Jerusalem will also be against Judah. On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it." ( Zechariah 12:1-3)

Also it is not an accident that it will be around 70 nations who will participate in this summit. Seventy is the number of Israel.  We must pray for God's protection over all innocent and godly people in those nations because His protection from those nations will be removed, and they will experience the very things that Israel is experiencing with their enemies. There will be an increase in terrorist attacks in those nations and an increase in natural disaster as the nature itself revolts against their disobedience to their Creator. There will be political upheavals and revolts, some of those nations and organizations may be literally divided just as they divided Israel. Whatever they do to Israel will be done to them.

But this conspiracy against Israel will not work. In the end Israel will win and those nations will lose, and there will be a blessing poured out on individuals and nations who did not support  the dividing of Israel. Perhaps this the very thing that the Blood moons and other signs were signaling? This might even lead to the Ezekiel war. We will see. These are  very prophetic times in which we are living.

2017: The Year of Challenge, Change, and Restoration

There are many prophetically significant events to look forward to in this New Year 2017. The Bible verse we received for this year is Joshua 1:9, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

This is also a verse that I received in years 1999 and 2000, which were the years of great challenges, changes, and restoration for me. And now 17 years later, it happens again, but this time not only for me, but also for the nations, especially Israel and United States of America.

Seventeen itself is a number that stands for death and resurrection or challenge and restoration. It was on the 17th day that the judgment of worldwide flood came upon the world, and it was also on 17th day of the month that the flood ended and the new era of restoration began.

So, I believe we can expect the same things in the 17th year of this new millennium that also coincides with year 5777 on a Hebrew calendar,  with five being the number of grace and triple seven the number of completion.

We are already seeing early signs of it with the nations showing hostility towards Israel by declaring East Jerusalem off limits to the Jewish people and declaring building of settlements in the so called "occupied territories" illegal. Having a more friendly American president in the office from January 20, will for sure help, but it doesn't mean that things will be easy.

Many Rabbis in Israel believe that Donald Trump came to the office after overcoming so many obstacles by God's design as he will be exactly 70 years, 7 months, and 7 days old on the day of his inauguration, with 70 being the number of Israel and double seven again for divine intervention and completion of His plans. Personally I am pleasantly surprised by the change that this man is going through and the policies he is proposing, and how friendly he is towards God's people both Christians and Israel.

The world ruled by "the prince of the air" and "god of this world" will be throwing everything it has  against both Israel and America, so there will be great challenges, but also there will be great changes leading to restoration in both nations. But it will be a tough year for the nations that came against Israel as by this act they opened themselves up for Satan to wreak havoc among them, that is why we need to pray for those nations to turn away from those attitudes. The United Nations will become even more irrelevant and might even be dissolved if countries such as United States stop supporting it financially or even leave it over its hostility towards the only democracy in the Middle east while they give a free pass to murderous regimes such as Islamic Republic of Iran.

And for the Church of God worldwide,  we can expect spiritual challenges, but also many victories that is why I believe the Lord gave us this specific verse from the Book of Joshua as an encouragement to press on and face the giants, so that we can posses the land that He has promised us.

I will be delving deeper into the many mysteries such as that of the number 17 and other prophetically significant signs and events that will be happening this year.

Why Israel Will Not Find A True Friend In Pope Francis

Israel does not have too many friends in the world due to the unceasing anti Jewish propaganda being continuously spread in all kinds of media by Islamic groups, according to which Israel is the aggressor and the Palestinians are the oppressed.

Constant attacks on Jewish civilian population are notoriously underreported by the Western media
and most Western leaders espouse the politics of appeasement towards the Islamists. Pope Francis is one of those leaders. He turns the blind eye to the persecution Christians all over the world are suffering from the hands of the Islamists, condemning only the attacks that happened to receive much publicity.

It wasn’t an accident that the Pope chose to visit Jordan and the Palestinian Authority area before going to Israel. It sent a clear message to them that he is really on their side in this conflict. Pope Francis of course is appearing friendly and respectful to the Jewish people when visiting Israel, but he will not be their true friend.

Unlike many evangelicals who see Israel’s rebirth as the first step towards fulfillment of God’s promises to Israel, Roman Catholic Church believes the replacement theology, which teaches that God replaced Israel with the Church after they rejected Jesus as their Messiah and therefore they do not have any right to the Holy Land or God’s promises.

In addition to that we must remember that Pope Francis was raised in Argentina, a long time haven for the former Nazis fleeing Germany and the responsibility for their crimes committed during Second World War, along with whom came strong anti Jewish sentiments and worldview, by which the current Pope might have been influenced.

We do not really know what his personal position on Israel’s right to the existence in the Holy Land is, but he does not send very good early signals, as the events progress however they will eventually become more apparent, but Israeli leaders would be wise not to count too much on Vatican’s support.
